The Kumusta Ka? Friendly Visiting Program is delivered under the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS), which is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) fosters meaningful connections by supporting volunteer visits that offer friendship, companionship, and social engagement to older Australians who may be experiencing social isolation..

AFCS delivers friendly visits under the ACVVS to Filipino seniors who are Home Care Package recipients and in exceptional circumstances, seniors who are in Residential Aged Care.  

If you or a loved one is accessing aged care services through a Home Care Package or has recently been approved for a Home Care Package, contact us! You don't need any other referral codes or assessments in order to access the program.
